Hi new to this app: fighting the 1200 calorie challenge blah

Hello, I'm just trying find way to stay motivated to lose and tone my body weight and I hired a personal trainer... hope it worth the money for a month training he told me use this app and want me to stay wit 1200 calories...... that tough! But I'm finally getting managed yay. Anyways I thought I would join the community and chat and learn ways to be motivated and tips to get what I need to stay within 1200 calories.... I manged to eat full 3 meals and small snack and low carbs but the challenge is the calories!! (Makes erries music like jaws music when I say that)... hope people will help support me.
