I've been pretty good w/ working out and I workout as much as I'd like to. But, when it comes to controlling how much I eat, I suck. Anybody have tips?

Will power is what it ultimately comes to. Make sure you're also eating a lot of veggie, fruits, micro-rich foods, as well as hitting macronutrient minimums if you're tracking. But in the end it comes down to your effort in creating a healthier lifestyle

The eating is always my problem too. My one piece of advice if you can do it is maybe bank some calories a few days of the week so you can be a little "endulgent" on other days. Helps not to feel deprived.

I depends on what you are struggling with.
Are you eating too little, eat more (=1200 calories is for the tinyest of the tiny ladies).
Are you eating unbalanced, look at your macro/micronutrients (=eat more vegs, fruit and meat, less candy).
Do you have problems eyeballing your portions, buy a food scale.
Do you have problems getting your calories to last all day, plan ahead and experiment with meal timing.
Do you have problems with certain foods, don't buy them/avoid them.
Do you eat for emotional reasons, including boredom, find some other activities.
If you overeat, or don't eat, to punish yourself or because you don't think you are good enough or things like that, seek professional help.

Some say up your protein to stay more satiated within your calorie allowance, but I say get more carbs in from stuff like fruits, starchy veggies and pasta/rice. It's lean and satisfying. o:)
