Getting back on track...

Returning to MFP ! First time around I lost 60 lbs. I didnt meet my goal but I got very close and felt great. It's been two years since I've stopped tracking my food and exercise. I've put on 15 lbs. I need to start watching what I eat and exercising more often... MFP helped me once and I hope it will help me again :)
