Looking for a little More....

Hi there MFP’ers!
I am not new to MFP but I could use some help.
Maybe I have too much time on my hands as I am a retired (from the Navy) married stay at home mom of 2 boys. I will admit that I probably have more “free time” on my hands that most. Having said that let me say this; I have 38 people in my Friend list, but very few who are intrusive or active.
By this I mean I see a lot of auto posts but not a lot of activities, questions, comments or advice. I would like some pals who will LOOK at my diary and give me food tips and/or admonishments when I slip! And I like to give the same! Encouragement is great, but I don’t need a “yes man” (I have a husband for that!) Haha
If you don’t see a post about my workout (cause I’m a FITBITer so it doesn’t auto post), or it came across to you as a token effort and not my best, by all means, CALL ME ON IT!
Now I get that most people can’t have 30 friends that they are that intrusive with because that takes time and some effort and with our busy lives time is a hot commodity so I’m willing to share a little about myself and my goals and if you are looking for a “fit pal” like me, shoot me a request.
I’m 42 - 5’6” SW: 215 CW:201.6 First GW: 170
I don’t eat “clean” or low carb although I would like to increase my protein.
I like to walk, swim, bike, hike, dance and am interested in exploring lifting heavy….
