I made a low calorie meal which had the following ingredients.
Cabbage ground beef diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. How do you figure out the total calories when everything is mixed when cooking?

You weigh it all before mixing it up.
If there's more than one serving, you use the recipe builder and weigh the final product to know how many servings there are.0 -
Enter all calorie info for ingredients into recipe builder. Then divide total into portion.0
