Hi. My name is Natalie and I am seeking like-minded women over 50 who want work toward cleaner eating, cleaner living, and clearer thinking. I look forward to getting to you and learn from you.

My February goals include:
Eating cleaner
Strength training 2x a week
Starting cardiovascular 2 times a week (I have been off the cardio bandwagon due to injury for a LONG time.

    Great goals!! We can do this! I walked into the free weight section by myself today and worked out alone. Wasn't as bad as I had imagined!

    I'm 53 and have been eating cleaner for a year now. In general, no processed foods. I make everything from scratch and feel soooo much better. Most of my exercising has been walking, but I've just started with weights to work on my arms. I need to find some good ab and back exercises next. Please feel free to add me -- the more support, the better!
