So I tried weight watchers. I thought it made sense. And it does. I stuck with it for about 3 weeks. I lost weight. I was starving. I stayed within my points. It does work -- except that I could not stand it after 3 weeks. So this is not a good option for me.
I have spent the past 2 weeks, not tracking anything and eating whatever I want. Needless to say, this is not a good system either.
While I was on weight watchers, I ate the same things all the time. There were a few things I liked, that were low in points, so I stuck with them. But all that did was make me hate stuff that I normally would enjoy.
So now I am looking for a happy medium. And that means eating what I want, but reasonably. Of course, I exercise. I do it because it makes me feel good--- I will push myself, but not punish myself.
Instead of focusing on what is wrong with my body, I want to focus on how much I appreciate all that is right with it, and take better care of it.

Hey mad woman. I've tried WW. Same story as you said. It works but I don't want to pay and spend the rest of my life eating that way. Been on Fitness Pal before. Going to start again in the morning. Would love to have an accountability partner. Hope you will join me. I am lindacarol1.
