You can do it. buy a food scale, log everything (absolutely everything, I mean EVERYTHING) you eat and stay under 1600 calories most days (but allow yourself the occasional 2000 cal day . Enjoy eating, but look upon it as nourishing your body. Don't punish yourself. Nurture yourself. Move around more - walk, cycle, jog a little. Go gently to begin with and build up good daily habits that you can continue for life. You will soon feel better and slimmer. Good luck.0
