Hi, I'm Emma!
I'm a second year undergraduate from the UK and am twenty years old. I'm about half way between the healthy weight category and the obese category ( according to the NHS) so now is really the time to change, especially with the FREE 'social sports' being rolled out by my university. I know, lucky me!
For my height, the maximum healthy weight is 142lbs so I'm aiming for 130-135 or so. I started at 160 and am currently 152.4 so am getter there, it's just a hell of a shift from takeaways and microwave stuff to actual food. Some vegetables are alright, who knew!
Any way, that's me. Hiya!
