i currently weight 184 I want to lose 17 lbs by april 11 help

i am not a gym person was doing good lost 6lbs since jan 13 just cutting out fast food and junk food ....any tips to help the scale go down more I seem to be stuck .... thanks all

seems like you're on track for losing about a pound a week. You would have to seriously readjust to get to a 2lb a week loss and that would only get you to 14lbs in 7 weeks. What's the rush? Slow and steady always wins the race0
