Hello All Fellow MFPs,
I have literally been on a weight loss "roller-coaster" ride past all these years. Have lost few pounds only to gain them and some more. Doing "Fad" diets and "Quick fixes" had been my method, didn't work at all.
Hence, this time I have made up my mind to lose some weight off - for good. Decided to take it one day at a time and be committed.

You can do it! You may need to get some protein. If your day is anything like mine we often forget to eat or don't have the time. I drink the protein shakes for breakfast and lunch..0
