Are you eating enough otherwise? I always found the first couple days of low carbing pretty easy because there was so much deliciousness I could eat (I'd live on meat if I could)0

I've set a goal of 200 grams of protein and 100
Grams carbs, I'm just used to more carbs I guess I have to get used to it0 -
Stay with it. It takes some adjusting but once you get a few days under your belt, it does get easier. Planning helps tremendously.0
