Hello Fitness peeps.

I've been working out for years and not losing. Ive had a thyroid issue for 10 years. this past year I've gained. So decided to get pack on tracking what I eat. Trying very hard to prep a few days ahead so thst I can stick to it. Looking for inspiration/motivation and just a friendly reminder I'm not alone.
