How do you make a healthy meal plan?

Hello!

I'm in the very beginning of making a meal plan. I'm trying to have 2-3 options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. But, how do I ensure that I have a good nutrient intake? That I'm eating my proteins, good carbs, etc? Is there something I can look at to ensure that each day, whichever options I mix and match, I'm hitting those daily intakes? I not only want to bear these in mind on my weight loss journey, but to make a healthy, long-lasting habit out of it as well.

Sorry if this has already been asked and I just didn't see it! Thank you all so much!

Edit: I guess my real question is how much do I need of each, each day?

You could pre-log so that you could make adjustments for the day beforehand.

The MFP default macro balance of 50%C-20%P-30%F is a good place to start. Treat protein and fat as goals and then fill the rest of your calories with carbs or some more protein and/or fat.
