The last 5kgs.. MOTIVATE ME / Add Me

Hi all,

Have lost 20 or so kgs since I started but am struggling to lose the last 5. Can people please give me ideas on how to do this and what helped you?

    Your body has adapted to what you have been doing to lose the first 20kg. Now is the time to push past normal routine and get aggressive. You can start a High intensity training regimen that keeps your heart rate between 50-80% of your max heart rate. This will surely burn those extra calories needed to get that last 5kg. Also diet is key. Fruits and veggies only!
