Anyone has thyroid and osteoporosis?? What your diet?

Sorry; my restrictions are different. But I'd think the thyroid would require a fairly controlled diet (maximum calories per day) and losses would be slow.
For osteoporosis, have a diet rich in calcium. That would include all dairy. Foods highest in calcium. Calcium is more easily absorbed with Vitamin D, and more can be taken in if it's taken in throughout the day.0 -

What specifically is wrong with your thyroid? Is it tied to your osteoporosis? I had hyperparathyroidism, which relates to the parathyroid gland(s), but has absolutely nothing to do with the actual thyroid.

I have an underactive thyroid. I'm on a low dose of Armour. I don't do anything special. I eat at a deficit and exercise daily.0
