I need to lose atleast 33kg to be healthy weight for my short height and small build *blush* (currently 88kg and 153cm)

I have a script for duromine my doctor has told me not to eat at all on it but the chemist says that will stop my already slow metabolism.

So I was wondering if people could share their thoughts on this diet:

Breakfast 1 egg on toast (yeast free and gluten free bread)
Lunch chicken salad (lettuce tomato chicken cucumber and balsamic vinigar (body trim recipe)
Dinner: chicken and vegetable soup home made of course!

I wont have fruit due to sugar content which I have been told to steer clear of.

I know eventually I will need to add snacks in but for the time being to get my metabolism working again after years of 500-800 calories plus ocassionally going over if I had a binge (Im human) I just want to jump start my metabolism again and also feel good about myself.

will this work with the duromine?

I'll also be aiming for 30-60 minutes of walking a day (getting orthotics to help my sever flat feet as they kill after 30 minutes walking) plus Im busy with running around after my son and going to and from specialist appointment.

I know there is NO easy way to lose weight and I know a lot of people are against duromine but I am just after a head start, I want to be around for my child and If I dont do something now I am afraid I wont be.

I worked hard to lose 30 kg when I was younger and kept it off and lost all the baby weight however my pcos played up and here I am.

So any suggestions?

Please bare in mind i have a tiny stomache I really have shrunk it by hardly eating and most days living off coffee.

thoughts ideas would be appreciated!
