On a Man - Darkish hair with Blue or Green eyes
On a Woman - depends on her skin tone I guess! I would love to have dark hair to go with my eyes, but I look like a friggen Vampire!

Not partial to any specific colour. All eye colours are great but I do prefer darker hair.

Generally though...
Grey eyes would be a change, and always dark hair.
