Need Lots of help to lose weight!!!!!

I have been working out quite often for three weeks but pretty much stay in the 160-166 pound zone! I had a baby four months ago and would like to lose forty pounds!! I feel like I'm going no where with this! Maybe my workout routine is wrong I don't know. Any advice or success stories?????? I need help!!!!!!
