Hi all,
I'm actually concerned and don't know where to begin. This is my first time trying to lose weight and i'm just not knowing what to do. My boyfriend has told me some key things and all but i'm so frustrated. I just weighed myself at 294 and I am so disgusted with myself

^I would start by reading the links here. Then you can set up your MFP profile and start logging what you eat now. Once you've got a baseline figured out it will be much easier to see what you need to adjust.0 -
Motivation is key! I find this app has really helped with that! Not just from people telling you you're doing great but also having your calories/excersize Tracked encourages you to stay on track with your weight loss plan! Each day you are under your calorie count you'll love your body that much more! Starting out you might be really hungry and feel kinda drained all the time, I found taking magnum heat or magnum acid helped with feeling more full and energized as well as a great pre workout for the gym! You can do it girl!0
