About myself: Female, 23 years old, 281 lbs, short term goal to lose 30 lbs and a long term goal to weigh 200 lbs. I've been using Myfitnesspal off and on for about 3-4 years now, but this is been the longest I've gone without using it and the most weight that I've gained in the last 4 years as well. I saw the connection and I think calorie counting really did help me and keep me on track. I had orginally lost 35 lbs the first time I used Myfitnesspal, but I've slowly gained it back over the last few years. I am trying again, starting fresh and wouldn't mind having new friends on here again! Feel free to add me or send me a friend request!
