Microsoft band 2

No matter what I try to do I cannot connect my Microsoft band 2 with myfitnesspal.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting re syncing all kinds and I get nothing at all

Please help as this is really frustrating me now

    I was having problems just recently (tracking fine before!!).

    I'm guessing you've tried this but maybe you did it slightly different:

    Disconnect MFP via the Microsoft Dashboard link (Connected Apps) and also in the Apps section of MFP (it wouldn't work from the MFP side at first but eventually it disconnected).

    Have you also done a soft reset on the MSB2?
    If not, hold both the Power + Action buttons until the screen flashes (ignore the prompt to turn off the band).

    You wont lose data but you should re-sync with the MSHealth app, so that your GPS tracking locks properly (may take a little longer to lock on 1st try after the reset).
