Hello everyone!

I'm back at this again! In the past I used another calorie counting app it worked I would only allowed myself 1800/day worked out 4-5 times/wk and with the help of a personal training I was able to lose 30lbs in 2 months. Well that was 5 years ago.

I used MFP last early last year after having my second baby. Joined a gym that I haven't been to since joining
