Goals and rewards

I have been struggling a lot lately with motivation. To try and help with this I was thinking of setting weekly goals for myself. I know a lot of people set goals but probably a little more long term than each week. Right now I feel like those won't keep me motivated as well. What I am looking for from everyone on here are goals and rewards you set for yourself. What goals do you have? How long do you give yourself to achieve them? What kind of rewards to you give yourself? Looking for any motivation I can get!!!
