2. my potassium is under half of what it wants me to have. low
3. i never get the poly or mono fats and sometimes meet saturated
4. my carbohydrates are a bit over or a bit under it
5. protein i am still under mostly so i could add a powder
my goal is to loose weight so what should i be most concerned about.

The micro-nutrients (like potassium) can be a bit wonky, because not all food labels show all the individual nutrients. MFP can only provide the info on the label. And lots of entries are created by users, who often aren't interested in tracking each individual nutrient.
I track carbs, protein, fat, and fiber. I assume if I'm eating a well-rounded diet of enough calories, I'm getting the nutrients I need.
Edited to add: To lose weight, you should be concerned about Calories. Macros and micros are for satiety and health.0 -
I try to have all green numbers at the end of the day. I particularly want my Sodium to be above 1000 mg and below 1500 mg, and my protein to be above 80 mg. I want my calories to be above 1200 and below 1500, and I don't care what the fat, carbs, and sugar do.0

And I supplement with Magnesium which helps with my blood pressure.0
