Hi! Im curious to see what other moms exercise/eating routines are. I have an 11 month old and I'm just starting to get rid of my belly weight. Im interested to see other ladies food entries so I can also gain new ideas for lunches/dinners

I have 5 kids.. mine are all school age though. My diary is open to my friends.. feel free to send me a friend request and take a peek through my diary. I log everything, and I eat everything I feel like eating in moderation :bigsmile:0

I have a ten-week-old and a five-year-old.
I do lots of lean meats and lentils/beans, often salads for lunch and protein bars for snacks in between. Small breakfasts of oatmeal or a bowl of cereal. I don't do a lot of carbs, because I would rather use the calories to smother something in cheese than serve it with a tortilla or bread. No soda, no juice - water and coffee. (And plenty of low-cal treats in the evening.)
As for exercise - a little bit of lifting, a little bit of aerobic here and there, plenty of weekend hikes with the baby strapped to my chest. Nothing really formal and nothing routine.
I've got some stubborn belly pudge that refuses to leave me, but other than that I'm getting dangerously close to my goal.0
