Setting Macros

Hi! I'm an endomorph body type. Wondering what my my macros should be if I want to loose a couple lbs. I'm guessing more protein but don't know what percentage to put into the MFP goals... Any body out there that knows the formula? Thanks!

I went with what this program set for me.
I compared it to other sites, and this site was right on the money !!!0 -
@jennesaxton11 start with 35% protein, 35% carbs, 30% fats or 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats
Did you figure out your BMR and TDEE? I like www.iifym.com calculators0 -
General rule of thumb is this:
Protein: .8 to 1.0 grams per lb of lean mass or goal weight
Fat: .4 to .6 grams per pound lean mass or goal weight
Carbs: Eat carbs (or whatever) to make up the rest of your calorie goals.0 -
