Yoga 3x a week

Anyone have success with just yoga. Via Louise Solomon in weight loss

    well, weight loss is about a calorie deficit, so if you use yoga to increase your deficit then you should lose weight. yoga itself will not automatically make you lose weight

    vinyasa yoga is supposed to be the style that burns the most calories as it is the most aerobic
