Time for the truth...

I am ready for another go round. I am terribly afraid of a doctor telling me I am diabetic. I really love sugar. I always have, but I suspect I have been kidding myself when it comes to what I truly and really eat. I'm keeping an honest tally for a week and work from there. I completed today from memory and conveniently forgot the cupcake from this morning and the 20 mini eggs. See, kidding myself.

You've got this! I log everything right before I eat, which can be inconvenient for my husband apparently, haha, but I do it so it can be as accurate as possible.
Sugar is a tough one. My husband was a heavy sugar addict, and soda drinker, but he was able to get over it when he started fasting regularly for his arthritis. Not eating or consuming huge amounts of sugar has helped his health tremendously.
I would love to send you a friend request. I'm building a network of ladies on here.0
