Breaded chicken, pan fried

How would you enter this? I dip the chicken in egg and then lightly coat it in italian breadcrumbs. Then I brown both sides in a pan with olive oil and finish in the oven. I'm trying to be as accurate as possible with my logging, but I'm not sure how to log this!

    Use the recipe builder and input every single ingredient. Next time, weight everything (chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and measure the oil).

    I weigh everything. I do homemade breaded chicken tenders and a recipe called Anniversary which is a breaded chicken breast with other stuff on top.
