Body feels like a brick the morning after working out.

I am at my goal weight. I am not losing more weight (I hope). I am now toning up my body. I have started resistance weight lifting, and more intense yoga. The morning after I feel like a brick, and often have a tension headache upon waking up. Is this a sign of not drinking enough water, or is it being nutritionally depleted in some way? I am not "sore" or "tight," just a heavy brick for the first few hours waking up. If it is normal does anyone know of anything I can do to relieve the symptoms?

How many hours of sleep do you get?

My sleep scheduled depends upon when I go to sleep. I wake up around 5-6am with no alarm every morning. But no less than 6, and on average 8 hours of sleep every night.
