    Protein smoothy today. Often nothing until a late breakfast at 1 or 2 pm.

    Small baked white potato loaded with 1 laughing cow lite swiss cheese wedge, 2 chopped pickled jalapeño, and 2 eggs that I scrambled and cooked with 40g broccoli slaw. 353 calories.

    The broccoli slaw cooked with scrambled eggs has a texture like hashbrown with eggs and doesn't taste of broccoli. It's something I found out by happy accident. A little garlic or onion added and it could be a low calorie stand alone breakfast.
  • I have oatmeal with one egg in it and a pinch of salt every morning. It's low calorie, filling, and I get some protein! It took a couple times for me to get used to the idea of savory oatmeal, but now I can't imagine starting my day without it.

    I had a protein shake before I left the house. It's approaching lunch time now and I haven't even wanted to get the instant oatmeal that I scheduled.
