i have been doing Jillian michaels six week six pack and I have toned up a good bit from that and I have also been doing my own weights at home with Dumbbells like arm curls, bent over rows, dead lifts, and bench press after I do the Jillian workout is this a good idea? I want to really tone up my stomach legs and arms do you think if I keep doing all this I will keep getting more tone?

Strength training and cardio are both good things to do for your health. You can do them together or separately, your choice.
Losing weight helps you lose a layer of fat covering existing muscle....this is what most people mean when they refer to "toned." Strength training helps you keep more (existing) lean muscle while losing.0
