I like to add fruits and veggies in my diet, especially because I don't really like breads and pastas. (It keeps me full.)
But today the sugar I ate came from a half of a large pear, a handful of blueberries and a small fig. There was also a couple of grams in the cottage cheese I ate.
So my total came to 45 g of sugar and MFP said I was over.
I don't think I ate a lot of sugar, right?! Is there a limit I should pay attention to? If so, how do I even eat fruits?
Thank you in advance for the advice!
