On the weight loss journey again!

Spent a good part of the morning doing meal planning for the week and tracking food in three places: Weight Watchers, MyFitnessPal and Fooducate. Also in two DIETBET games. This takes time and I am learning lots so it's worth it. I am determined to stick to my word this time and lose the 40 lbs. I have been dragging around for way too long!

It's so much easier to not take the time to exercise, eat properly, etc. But you can do it!!! Good luck0

Yay!!! Good for you for taking control of your health! That's the first & hardest step. I'd love to share with you what worked for me. Walking was huge. Best part- FREE!!!0
