On the weight loss journey again!

Spent a good part of the morning doing meal planning for the week and tracking food in three places: Weight Watchers, MyFitnessPal and Fooducate. Also in two DIETBET games. This takes time and I am learning lots so it's worth it. I am determined to stick to my word this time and lose the 40 lbs. I have been dragging around for way too long!

    It's so much easier to not take the time to exercise, eat properly, etc. But you can do it!!! Good luck :)

    Yay!!! Good for you for taking control of your health! That's the first & hardest step. I'd love to share with you what worked for me. Walking was huge. Best part- FREE!!!
