HELP!!

I forgot my dinner at home. Heading to work now and can't turn back! My only option is a safeway close to work. They have a deli.

Could anyone recommend a healthyish dinner choice there? Likely from the deli, I guess! I have large lunches and typically eat smaller dinners. Today especially I over did it on the cheese in my grilled chicken sandwiche lol tips and pointers will be much appreciated :)

I do not like eating anything processed so those chemical filled lean cuisines are a big no.

    I'd get a grilled chicken breast from the deli and some veggies from the produce dept.

    Cottage cheese and cut-up fruit would be my pick.

    Cottage cheese and a spinach salad with fruit is what I left behind. lol I think I may just have to buy another container. My 3 year old eats it like it's pudding lol thanks

    there's lots of good stuff at safeway. lol. imagine if you had to pick from gas station food!
