So I just started back on MFP and I'm all in! This is a lifestyle change for me. I've been logging my food everyday for the past 30 days and yes I have had some off days. I have been reading every night on all kinds of topics and the one that interested me the most is food scales. First impressions, who has time for that?! I'm no nerd lol well I broke down and got a scale. I am getting accurate counts and I've been screwing myself these past 30 days. I've been underestimating over estimating my food diary was a hot mess. This post is for all of you that have read about food scales, do it! You owe it to yourself to get an accurate count. It's not as bad as I thought it would be
