Quickest way to build up stamina?

Can someone give me some tips on how to increase stamina? My fat sex life sucks. I have started the 30 Day shred, jogging, squats, lunges, and core exercises.
Any tips on how to build up stamina? I know google is my friend, but there are a zillion different articles and I want tips from a real live person who has seen success.
Thanks.

PS - any idea how soon I can expect to see results with daily workouts?

If you're talking about keeping it a rod instead of a snake, then cardio is probably going to help the most quickly.

To keep up with the rod...

Just keep doing cardio or weight lifting 3-5 times a week. It shouldn't take more than 30-45 min at a time, and in about two weeks, you'll be better. It doesn't take long to decondition from cardio though, so plan on 3-5 times a week for - - - -ever.

Keep doing those things darlin' and it will happen.

You should FEEL strong results in stamina within 8-10 weeks.

You should SEE pleasing results in body composition within 3-4 weeks. :glasses:

Stick to it and in a couple short months you'll look and feel HAWT!! :smokin:

Best of luck to you :flowerforyou:

Just lay back and let him do all the work for a change. That could do wonders for your stamina right there.

If you prefer riding you might want to try some zumba.
