Most packaging will just say "X amount of calories per Y weight" which is easy to work out. Some stuff will say that then add the words "as consumed" or "as prepared." I am assuming "as prepared" means that will be the calorie count if you cook it like the package tells you to, is that right? What about "as consumed"?
