i am trying to decrease my carb intake. My daily main meals consist of chicken, rice, and vegetables. I am looking to replace rice with something with less carbs. Any good rice replacements?

Quinoa has less carbs I think. It cooks the same as rice but is a bit "fluffier" and it also has protein in it.
    Or beans or veggies.

Try riced cauliflower. I personally do half rice and half cauliflower. That way you get the texture from the rice, but the volume from the cauliflower.

I highly recommend making riced cauliflower! It's great seasoned with turmeric and onion powder and a dash of sea salt. I make it in big batches and have leftovers for days. It goes well with all kinds of things. You can find recipes online--it's very easy to make.

Cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, spinach....pretty much anything that isn't a starch. I shredded cauliflower in a food processor, microwaved it for a couple mins, then fried it up with seasoning in my wok and had it with stir fry yesterday...it was pretty good.
