Too Full to Eat all Calories

I seem to be having days when I cannot eat the allotted calories. I have quite a bit to lose, so my daily calorie intake by MFP is 2010. Eating healthily gives me so much food. I cannot do it. Even with exercise. Either I eat higher calorie foods to eat less, or I eat healthier foods and cannot eat all my calories. I do not cut out things I enjoy or want. I allot them. So I am at a complete loss. What do you suggest?

I forgot to add that I have PCOS. I cannot eat certain foods without having problems - gluten, dairy, and a lot of carbs.

    Calorie dense foods -no "diet" foods, full fat dairy, nuts, avocado, nut butters. You don't need to increase the volume of food if you increase the calories of the food, which can be done in a healthy way. Oh and of course you should also have ice cream! :)

    I have this issue as well. I'm starting to find out eating 5-6 small "meals" a day is the way to go here. There are still days I can't hit my macros/calories but I will not eat just to eat. I always do at least one protein shake a day made with Carbmaster milk (you could substitute if you have issues with dairy) and protein powder with 60g protein for 2 scoops. This adds 300+ calories in a simple way without making unhealthy choices. Make sure you're allowing yourself to snack throughout the day if you're not doing more than 3 meals. Even if you don't feel like you should be eating, you want to keep that metabolism going! Good luck :smile:
