Does anyone else find it a bit excessive to say that 507 calories were burned doing a 2.5 hr job cleaning a house? I did three bathrooms, and dusted. Anyone know?

Where's the number coming from? A heart rate monitor? Fitbit? Guessing?
Unless you were really working incredibly hard, I'd say it was overestimated a bit, maybe even by a lot. I'd maybe eat back half of it, if that, but I obviously don't know how hard you were working. Personally, I don't log cleaning at all, I just let my Fitbit count the steps. I don't think I burn anything too significant wiping the counters off, but that's just me.0 -
Cleaning my house? That would be excessive.... Doing a professional cleaning job and someone else's house? Heck, yah. When I was a house cleaner, I busted a&&. Five houses, 8 hours, and I was barely able to stagger into the shower when I got home at night. Depends on your pace, your effort expended, and how clean that tile was at the end of the day.0
