Parkour Athlete wanting conditioning tips.

Hello every one . I've been doing parkour for a bit now. I'm simply looking for what others do for their workouts and new ideas. I have just reached my goal of a kipping muscle up, L-sit on top of a bar. Half way to the planche, and can hold basic human flag for 1 second.
Fun things to do for me are based alot around walls and rails . For instance squats on a rail, wall mountain climbers, and wall top out routines.
