Quaker Oat Meal vs. Quaker One Minute Oat Meal

I love the Quaker One Minute Oatmeal with a sprinkle of Splenda brown sugar and a cup of Green Mountain Breakfast Blend coffee...that combo gives me energy all morning to TCB at work!
I buy Quaker's 1 Minute Oatmeal and as far as I can tell it's just chopped up...no other differences that I am aware of.
Which Quaker Oatmeal do you prefer and why?

I prefer steel cut oats. They have a chewier texture and take longer to break down in your system which is good if you are diabetic. The regular rolled oats have the same quality relative to the instant oatmeal though obviously not as great as steel cut oats.0
