Sooooo many people get discouraged if they don't have instant gratification these days. Be real. But don't be hard on yourself. Learn to love the process!!! It's one day at a time. If you *kitten* up and eat a crapppppp lunch. Suck it up. It's was once. Consider it a "cheat meal" for the week or month. But get back ok n track for dinner. You can only move forward not back.
