If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did! You do not need to do theses all at one time break them up through out the day.

    This exercise is not particularly useful. It doesn't strengthen anything and with weights, it will stress your rotator cuff. You'd be better off with rows, front lifts, and arm raises.
