Today's the first day for me. I am doing this for me. Hopefully it works and I will be able to find myself again. I have no support at home so feeling helpless.

    You sound like you are starting out on a rough spot. List out your reasons why you want to lose weight and start with some basic goals. I suggest *drink 8 glasses of water a day *eat breakfast *move more. Start with small, measured, reasonable goals and you will be much more likely to continue with your weight loss.
