Hello Everyone, my name is Eric and I've been hitting the gym again for a few weeks now after a prolonged rest after a massive shoulder surgery and frozen shoulder. Have forgotten how great it feels to work out again. Also look forward to getting back to running! I wish all here a wonderful and fit week!
