Lovehandles and thighs

Im 143lbs 5'5". I do Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones 5 days a week. I love her workouts despite my name calling and cursing I typically do during them. I know you cant spot reduce, but my biggest trouble zones are my fluff handles and ridiculous thighs. They make me feel disproportionate. Is there any other moves I could incorporate that might "help" these areas or am I just stuck waiting for the fat to come off? I was doing deadlifts, squats, sumo squats with 2 twenty lb dumbbells but it kept injuring my IT band so I stopped. Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce so you have to keep working hard and plugging away:( I know...it's not fair! Hard to reach areas are always the first to gain and the last to come off.0

You just have to be patient and lose the fat... I feel the same way! I've lost 93 lbs and am getting close to my goal but my things are annoying... Even though my upper body looks awesome! But I kinda figure that there will just always be something that irritates me about my body, and I should just embrace the shape I have...0

Yeah it comes off when it wants to. My last 10-15 pounds is mostly massed on abs and sides. So legs great, arms/shoulder good, stomach. ..ok still progressing.0
