Hello, newbie here! I am new to tracking anything, but now see the benefits. I don't have the guts to get on a scale. I need to get over that. I am guessing I'm between 203 and 208 pounds.
Here is where I am:
I do a lot. I have been a runner, but phasing it out, because of chronic reoccuring runner's toe. My typical week had been
21 miles walking (2625) calories
12-16 miles running (1920) calories
2:45 hours spinning (1225) calories)
1:45 Tabata aerobics (725) calories)
3:00 Power lifting class (1200) c
7695 cals burned
I am switching from running to bicycle hill climbing, and I will be walking 72 holes a week, both when the weather warms.
Ii will get back to running once I find a remedy for my toes.
